Nutrient-Packed Beverages for Summer Hydration

Make a splash in your morning routine or as an afternoon pick-me-up on those hot summer days with these unique, nutrient-packed iced beverage recipes. 

 

Butterfly Pea Milk Tea

To make, you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup butterfly pea flowers, steeped
  • 1/2 cup Lechia milk

Instructions:

  • Pour your Lechia into a glass filled with crushed ice
  • Pour the butterfly pea tea over, then mix 
  • Optionally sweeten with agave nectar 
  • Garnish with butterfly pea flowers
  • Voila, ready is your butterfly pea milk tea!

Iced Moon Milk

To make, you'll need:

  • 1 cup Lechia milk
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ashwagandha 
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1-2 Pinches Cardamom

Instructions:

  • Pour your Lechia into a glass and add the turmeric, cinnamon, Ashwagandha, a few pinches of ground pepper and cardamom
  • Mix ingredients togethering using a wisk or frother wand
  • Add in coconut oil and honey, then mix again
  • Top with ice and garnish another pinch of ground pepper
  • Now enjoy your iced moon milk!
